MIR TECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE,EVEN IF MIR TECH HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Malaysian Institute of Arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Mir Tech with respect to the use of the Service.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
